Did you see how much capacity Q-Cells turned off? Given how cheap the c-Si lines are, you can certainly expect more companies to shut down their older, less efficient capacity. We will likely see more of this in PV than in PDPs and TFTs and we have seen alot of it in PDPs and TFTs. You might try to account for this in your DB. Some of the PV media have also written off these large surplus announcements as they expect more older fab closures as well...</description>
